The hotel was located near attractions, bars and restaurant, massage salons and night life, the city center and taxis and cost. The venue staff was competent and highly efficient. The offered breakfast was generous with great views. We liked being there.

A wide array of meals for breakfast, it was generous and above average. The room was beautifully maintained, it had a walk-in shower, a drier, and bath robes.

this hotel is ideal and immaculately clean with decent location in the old french quarter of hanoi and especially helpful staff. the room is brand-new and neat with comfortable bed. all in all they offer efficient service. the dinner in the rooftop restaurant is what you need.

It was in a favourable location with best staff. There were boutiques and a market around the hotel.

Liked our exceptionally clean and huge rooms, plus the staff was incredible. The restaurant here was great which serves breakfast, we both ordered wonderful dishes. The location was marvellous and fantastic - ease of access to Old Quarter. Tbh, had a fine stay for 3 nights.

Good overall experience. Variety of food at breakfast like toast and eggs. Very comfy bed, clean bathroom and it's own balcony, terrace, and a mini-bar in the room. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake. And not far from Hanoi Old Quarter with great views, markets, and numerous excellent restaurants cafes, shops, bars and the wonderful sights of Hanoi.

Great location in the heart of the old quarters, just a short walk from the lake. The room was comfortable with cozy beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooftop swimming pool was small but well-maintained. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including a pho and egg station, catering to different tastes.

The hotel seemed slightly worn out and could use some renovations. there was a faint smell of mold in the lobby and in the room.

Very poor breakfast buffet. In some rooms you can find mould spots and unpleasent smell in the bathroom.

They offer lovely and fantastic breakfast with fantastic views of city and omelettes made to order, for instance in the pool area.

This hotel is in a great location near the lake and in the absolute center of the old quarter. It is right in the heart of the action and everything is easily accessible. The rooms are of good quality, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast is also good, with a rooftop deck offering a great view while enjoying your meal.

The language barrier with the hotel staff can be a challenge, as English proficiency seems to be lacking.
